FRACTIONAL OPERATIONS

An operations manager for your business, without the full-time hire.

I don't just tell you what to fix.

I build it, run it, and document it so your team can keep it running.

Limited Spots

hands on support

Who this is for

I know what needs to be fixed. I just don’t have the hours to fix it.

Owners running operations in between the actual work

You're customer service, the HR department, and the person who fixes the scheduling software. Something has to come off your plate.

Growing Small Businesses

You've added employees, but your systems still live in your head. Every new hire means you start training from scratch.

Businesses between Ops hires

You need someone running operations now, but a full-time operations manager isn't in the budget yet.

Who this is for

Hands-on operations work, done for you.

  • Intake, scheduling, and client onboarding workflows
  • EMR and CRM setup, cleanup, and automations
  • Staff onboarding, HR systems, and role documentation
  • SOPs and a living operations manual
  • KPI dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting
  • Billing and payroll workflows (the process, not the filing)
  • Google Drive / file structure and project tracking tracking
  • Vendor and tool evaluation and setup
  • And more...

Simple, Transparent Tiers

Steady

10 hours/month

For solo or small businesses that need a few key systems built and maintained.

Core

20 hours/month

For businesses that need ongoing operations support plus active projects.

Most businesses start here

Embedded

30 hours/month

For practices that need a part-time operations manager in their week.

3-month minimum, then month to month.

Clear boundaries, so nothing falls through the cracks.

What is not included.

This is advisory work: a thinking partner, not an extra set of hands. Knowing what's out of scope now means no surprises later.

Clinical decisions or clinical supervision

Bookkeeping, tax filing, or payroll tax compliance (I coordinate with your CPA or payroll provider)

Legal or employment-law advice

How it works

The same rhythm, every month.

No surprises, no vague scope.

Here's exactly what happens after you book a call.

01

Free 30-minute call: We talk through where things are breaking. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.

02

Contract & first payment — You get a contract with your tier, scope, and response times spelled out. First month's payment is due before the engagement starts, with a 3-month minimum commitment.

03

Onboarding — I set you up on Voxer and we schedule your first Zoom call. You'll know exactly what to send before each call from day one.

04

First 30 days: map and prioritize. I document how work moves through your practice today and build a ranked priority list with you. Your hours start working from week one.

05

Ongoing: build, run, report. Each month I work through the priority list, handle recurring operations, and send you a short report: what got done, what's next, and your key numbers.

Quarter check-in: After the 3-month minimum, we reassess. Continue month-to-month, change tiers, or step off.
