Everything in Tier 1, with a second monthly call and a document review. This is for practices with more moving pieces, or ones that want more frequent touchpoints.

- Unlimited Voxer access, response within 24 business hours

- 1 client-created document reviewed monthly with written feedback
Additional calls beyond the included number, and documents beyond the monthly review, aren't covered — we'd scope those separately.

Here's exactly what happens after you book a call.

Free discovery call — A 30-minute conversation, not a pitch. We talk through your practice and figure out honestly whether ongoing advisory is what you need right now — or whether an audit should come first.

Contract & first payment — You get a contract with your tier, scope, and response times spelled out. First month's payment is due before the engagement starts, with a 3-month minimum commitment.

Onboarding — I set you up on Voxer and we schedule your first Zoom call. You'll know exactly what to send before each call from day one.

The monthly rhythm — You send your KPI snapshot before each call. We meet on Zoom to work through priorities. Between calls, Voxer is open for gut-checks and quick decisions.

Quarter check-in — After the 3-month minimum, we reassess. Continue month-to-month, change tiers, or step off — 15 days' written notice either way.
